DEBT (to a rap beat) Don't do it!
I tried it once. It was a trivial thing; a Yamaha keyboard, decades ago.I remember well how it made me feel. I will not do that again. Don't do it. Perhaps I am more sensitive.
I have no debt. Zero. I couldn't live with the alternative.
Debt is a piece of your being belonging to someone else; it's something eating at your freedom. It's even in the Bible. "Neither a Borrower Nor a Lender Be", or something like that. I get it. It's pollution of the spirit. Some lesser beings even make a living from it.
I look around my home and I am filled with joy. Everything is something; a memory, a tool, something useful in its way.
I imagine that if you have a mortgage there is some form of wilful forgetting involved.
What a waste.
