The software provides built-in intrusion protection, enabling you to protect the system against denial of service (DoS) attacks and other types of malicious accesses to your LAN.

Configuring Intrusion Protection

Follow these instructions to enable/disable Intrusion Protection settings:

  1. If the Firewall Configuration page is not already displaying, click the Security menu, and then click Intrusion Protection in the task bar.
  2. Click Enable or Disable as appropriate.
  3. Click Apply.

NOTE: If want your changes to be permanent, be sure to Save them.
