Sprung Plug

The sprung plug
appeals.
Inventions we all could have,
if we'd thought about it.

The secret is,
knowing
just when to release
the tension, isn't it?

Not so much as would deplete,
which defeats; these thoughts 
they swim about us!

They are sniffing out the brave man,
the man of courage, the man of purpose.
