And I have a guitar
and when i Touch it songs come out
and sometimes I get scared to touch it
knowing a song will come out
and I go for days and weeks
and one day I touch it
and a song comes out
and I feel better
but knowing that
doesn't help me through the scary days.

And I have a pen and paper
and it's the other way around
and words just fall onto the page 
with wild abandon
only afterwards
do I get scared
realizing what I have done.
