I've decided to stop naming names in the thanks page. It sucks.
And anyway, it could easily get out of hand, I mean where to start? It
would get like my Nana's Christmas List; those crippled old hands
really aren't up to writing out five hundred pointless dead tree slices, not to
mention enveloping and stamping the buggers.
