	this folder is a place to chuck any files you use in your blog.

	You can change the name of this folder to something else, though
	remember to also change the matching preference in your configuration/prefs.

    We specify a directory location so that we can automagically transform their 
    links to and from relative or absolute linking, so, regardless of how you 
    create your link, in regular or permalinked view, they always work! Nifty.
